Stephanie Malinoff provides overall leadership for the Center by providing strategic direction on financial management, including oversight of financial and administrative functions for the Center; identifying program opportunities; securing funding; directing programs; and managing staff. As a member of the CTS Leadership Team, Stephanie helps guide all aspects of the Center’s operations, including policy development, strategic positioning, resource allocation, and staff development.
Prior to joining CTS in 2004, Stephanie spent four years as a highway design engineer for Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. She received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Stephanie currently serves as chair of TRB’s Transportation Safety Management committee and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Minnesota.
