Linda Dolan is a program coordinator at the Center for Transportation Studies. She works exclusively on the Minnesota Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) program—the state’s cornerstone traffic safety program—which employs an interdisciplinary approach to reducing traffic crashes, injuries, and deaths on Minnesota roads.
Linda is active in several traffic-safety-focused boards, including the Dakota County Toward Zero Deaths Coalition and the City of Apple Valley's Traffic Safety Advisory Committee. She holds a master's degree in communications from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor's degree in psychology from St. Olaf College.
