Katherine Stanley

Katherine Stanley is the training and technical assistance manager at the Center for Transportation Studies. In this role, she oversees planning and delivery of training and technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development activities for a variety of transportation stakeholder groups.

Before joining CTS in 2018, Katherine worked at Hennepin Technical College’s Customized Training Services, where she managed training programs for Minnesota employers and community-based organizations. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in human resource development from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in ecology, evolution, and behavior from the University of Minnesota.
