Chelsea Arbury Prorok is the education and engagement manager at the Center for Transportation Studies. In this role, she oversees the planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement and student development activities. Chelsea also manages delivery of CTS's event services, including the annual CTS Transportation Research Conference.
Before joining CTS in 2017, Chelsea worked as a database specialist for Catholic Charities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies from Loyola University Chicago.
