Project summary:
The project is a research and educational effort involving the Metropolitan Council, the University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. It has two components. The first is an analytical component designed to identify transportation system management and investment alternatives consistent with the region's growth plans. The second is an educational and public involvement component designed to promote opportunities to discuss the relationship between transportation and growth in an informed way, and to build leadership consensus.
