Strategic Planning for Mn/DOT's Engineering Services Division

Project summary:

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Engineering Services Division (ESD), has asked the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota to help him engage his staff in their strategic planning for the next year. The CTS team and the Bailey Group will serve in various roles as they conduct various strategic planning sessions: *Full day strategic planning sessions with ESD Director and ESD Office Directors; *Six half day strategic planning sessions with ESD Directors and ESD Office Staff; *Half day strategic planning follow-up session with ESD Director and ESD Office Directors. CTS and the Bailey Group will use these sessions to help ESD develop a strategic plan for their future.
