Project summary:
In February and May of 2006, the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) hosted a two-day training on Context Sensitive Design and Public Engagement hosted by the Minnesota Department of Transportation's (Mn/DOT) Office of Technical Support. As a result of this successful training, Mn/DOT asked CTS to coordinate and manage their trainings entitled "Essential Skills for Project Managers" (eight days) and "Critical Issues for Project Managers" (one day). There were three tasks for each of the two different trainings topics: 1) Training Development and Delivery, 2) Training Facility and Catering Arrangements, and 3) Training Logistics and Registration Support. Specific deliverables and subtasks for each task are listed in the budget portion of the workplan.
