Project summary:
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Contract Administration Workshop project will deliver a 16-hour (two-day) interactive workshop four times to MnDOT contract administrators and project managers. Two of these workshops will be held in the Twin Cities Metro Area, one will be in St. Cloud, MN, and the fourth will be in Rochester, MN.
The workshop will include lecture, panel, and classroom exercise teaching formats. All four workshops will be identical in style, format and content. This project also includes the development of a new contract administration manual for use by program participants and other MnDOT employees.
