Process Facilitation of Mn/DOT's Professional/Technical (P/T) Consultant Contracting Process

Project summary:

The project's objective was to facilitate a process and lead to resolution for issues and concerns about the Minnesota Department of Transportation's (MnDOT) Professional/Technical Consultant Contracting Program, as identified by MnDOT leadership, staff, and the consultant community. The process will be organized to encourage discussion of the fundamental working relationship between MnDOT and the consulting community, including topics as they relate to MnDOT's policies for consultant usage, consultant selection, consultant pre-qualification requirements, and consultant projects information accessibility. The intent is to maintain and improve relationships by documenting positive attributes and resolving issues in order to move forward with a productive partnership for delivering Minnesota's transportation projects.
