Project summary:

The Minnesota Local Agency Safety Initiative is a pilot project in cooperation with MnDOT State Aid and the Metro District offering technical assistance and information outreach to Minnesota s local transportation agencies (city, county, township) in the area of traffic work zone and work area safety. The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) of the Center for Transportation Studies, University of Minnesota, will guide the program's activities as well as publish resource materials.
