Project summary:

The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) operates under the education activities of the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota. Through the support from the program's key partners-- the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Minnesota Local Road Research Board (LRRB), and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT)-- Minnesota LTAP has been providing training and assistance to Minnesota's cities, counties, and townships since 1993.
