Foundations of Project Management Course, FY16

Project summary:

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) recognizes the critical importance of effective project management skills in order to achieve both technical and interpersonal competencies. The College of Continuing Education (CCE) offers a wide range of project management short courses on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus. These courses are specifically designed to improve project management skills that are applicable to a wide range of industries. MnDOT has requested that the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) and CCE deliver the Foundations of Project Management course to MnDOT staff to provide an overview of project managers' roles and responsibilities.
