Develop a computer program in Oracle Pro*C that will compute AASHTO Equivalent Single Axle Loads (ESALs) for each vehicle and for each cell in the MnROAD database. The output from this program will be an Oracle table. The deliverables will be an Oracle table and the associated Pro*C source code.Sponsor(s):
